In general, yes, people should not rush through their actions. There's no way to stop them really since even if I take the ability to expose opponent's card away, people can still peek or take control of your cards (and I can't stop that). I don't know if infiltration or lemuria have something that makes people ignore the big-ass warning to "ask your damn opponent" but I honestly haven't noticed this being that issue all that often.


The problem is there are so many popup windows appearing, people stop paying atention to them and just hit OK most of the time. In one game I did exactly the thing IirionClaus is talking about - I used Infiltration, hit OK and then my opponent rezzed Zaibatsu, which was a bit late. IMO taking away runner's ability to expose cards (and making him ask corp to do so) is the best possible solution.
