Stimhack vs. Necropotence: absolutely, this is exactly how I feel about it. The brain damage is definitely noticeable but when I take the second point I usually just won.As for the Infiltration/Cyberfeeder vs Stimhack, well, I play 3 of all of those in my current Anarch deck.
If you think 9 bits is enough to get through anything then you aren't playing against the Archer/Troubleshooter combo.
If you are scared of dying to tags then play Decoy (my favourite) or Crash Space. The Corp has to try pretty hard to kill you through even 1 Decoy. Not to say it can't happen, but they have to be devoting a lot of their deck to do it - and then their economy and ice is often weak enough that you don't even need to Stimhack them more than once anyway.
Stimhack is best against the single deep remote fort decks that Weyland and HB are typically building. I regard the HB advancement deck and the Weyland Archer/Scorched deck as probably the strongest archetypes right now.
I don't think NWN and Jinteki really have the tools to be competitive yet, although Jinteki is pretty close. Their agenda is really good.
