I assume these are hostile votes because of the relative positions of these games in the ranking.
Because you mention it : yes, believe it or not, but I rose my rating for Dominion from 1 to 2 last month. I think it's garbage, but not to the point to deserve a 1. “Extremely annoying game, won't play this ever again” is my real opinion about this game, not “Defies description of a game... Clearly broken”. I don't do this because Dominion is near a game I like in the ranking. And I don't care if people talk about my opinion.
