I removed 3 Stimhacks and 2 Wyrms from the base Anarch cards.
I removed 3 Access to Globalsec and 3 Infiltrations from the base Neutral cards.
My influence included:
3 Easy Marks from criminals (3 influence)
2 The Personal Touch from shapers (4 influence)
3 Diesel from shapers (6 influence)
1 Aesop's Pawnshop from shapers (6 influence)
This results in 27 Anarch Cards, 3 Criminal Cards, 6 Shaper Cards, 9 Neutral Cards = 45 Total Cards w/ 15 outside influence.
The goal was to have plenty of money to make runs and have quick access to card with either Wyldside or Diesel. Aesop's Pawnshop was include both to provide extra money and to give myself the option to trash Wyldside.

I'm not sure what the full deck is.
Have you ever gotten Medium + Demolition Run up full-force? You can mill a Corp after several runs on R&D.
